Custom or personalised gift wrapping and handmade gift items are created at our Pukekohe studio and may have different return conditions as set out below.
Eligibility
Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made or personalised gift wrapping and handmade gift items are made to order in New Zealand and generally cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
